Rainbow Riggers is a company that installs and repairs stacks including flare incinerator, and boiler stacks. The company offers crane work, heavy lift packages, stack erections, and maintenance services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, and pulp and paper industries throughout the west.
A number of visual effects were added to augment the video, many of which viewers won't even notice. We combined GoPro, drone, handycam and Sony PXW-FS5 footage to create the finished product.
Roger's Story was produced in association with Kicker Video in Calgary. It's a powerful story about one man's recovery from addiction and illiteracy.
We did two interviews with Roger, catching his back-story and then present day. Kicker did a great job on the graphics and animation.

We did six in total, interviewing customers in their homes. An interesting result of including customers is that they share their Hollywood experience with others, bringing in more customers.

Because these were all planned out, we shot 5 videos in 4 hours. Editing took about 20 hours total.

While not technically a small business, SAIT Polytechnic wanted to produce a video to showcase outstanding young alumni.
This video shows that you can communicate your message in a fun way.
It was produced for Agrium through V Strategies. I conceived, wrote and directed the video. For a small business, this kind of storytelling would be powerful.
